Liova completed the five-year Civil Engineering curriculum at Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in Nicaragua, building a foundation in analytical problem-solving, technical precision, and process-driven thinking that he now applies to legal operations.
Liova brings four years of operations leadership experience, having served as an Operations Manager for a technical support account at Concentrix, a global BPO, from 2020 to 2024. In that role, he managed team performance, streamlined processes, and kept complex, fast-moving operations running smoothly under pressure: skills that translate directly to the pace of a growing law firm.
Liova joined Polymath Legal PC in 2024. As Executive Assistant, he manages not only Nic’s day-to-day priorities but also mid- to long-term goals for Nic and the firm, and leverages his engineering mind to streamline scheduling, research, and administrative workflows, helping the firm operate faster and more efficiently without sacrificing the personal touch clients expect.
Outside of work, Liova is an avid gamer with a particular love for JRPGs and spends his downtime with his two cats, Hinata and Soyo.

Describe your ideal weekend.
My ideal weekend starts with me getting up without hearing my alarm. Then, having breakfast with my family and play video games in the morning. For lunch, going out to try a new restaurant and have dessert in a mall near home. I would then return home to a rainy, cool afternoon, playing more video games or watching a movie until I go to bed.
